Invoice and Payment

Effective date: March 26, 2026

This invoice and payment terms & conditions (“Agreement”) are effective as of the effective date set above by Adrenaline Brush Painting Inc. (“Service Provider”). Please read the agreement carefully and ensure you understand and agree to it before signing. If you have any questions, contact 1-428-404-0442 and/or adrenalinebrushpainting@gmail.com.

1. Deposits and Project Commencement

To secure a spot on our production schedule, a deposit is required for all projects. The specific deposit amount will be determined by the Adrenaline Brush Painting Inc at the time of the estimate and will be clearly stated on your initial quote or invoice. Please Note: Work will only commence once the required deposit has been received in full.

2. Payment Schedule and Deadlines

Upon completion of the project, a final invoice will be issued.

\nNet Terms: All final payments are due within 30 days of the invoice issuance date.
\nTimely Payments: We appreciate prompt payments as they allow us to continue providing high-quality service to all our clients.

3. Late Payment Penalties

In the event that an invoice remains unpaid after the 30-day grace period, the following interest charges will apply:

A 2% interest charge will be added to the outstanding balance every 14 days until the invoice is paid in full.
Interest will be calculated based on the total invoice amount, including applicable taxes.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We aim to make the payment process as convenient as possible. We currently accept the following methods:

\nInterac e-Transfer: Send payments to our designated e-transfer email.
\nCredit Cards: All major credit cards are accepted (processing fees may apply).
Cash

5. Cancellation and Project Withdrawal

We understand that plans can change. However, resources and time are allocated specifically for your project. If a client chooses to withdraw from or cancel a job after work has begun:

The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
This invoice will include the cost of all labor performed, all materials purchased for the project, and applicable taxes.
The original invoice will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the pro-rated amount of the completed work.
